A NEW Aviation Explorer Post has been started.Interested youth can still join. Currently the post is meeting on some Monday nights.
Wisconsin Aviation, 3606 Corben Court, Madison.
It is anticipated that the Post members will participate in helping out with the EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh, take trips to Museums such as AirVenture, US Air Force Museum and others, work with home-built aircraft pilots on how to build airplanes, take tours and listen to guest speakers, have the ability to earn scholarships, and do many fun things as a Post, and of course, get to fly occasionally!
Participants are young men and women aged 14 (and completed the 8th grade) through 20. We are also looking for additional Advisors for the Post, and if you are a pilot we would be happy to hear from you as well!
